I was suffering from anxiety and not eating or sleeping properly. My niece told me about Reiki so I gave it a shot. I was over-joyed after my first session worked. My Reiki Master advertised that she was teaching Usui Reiki Level 1 and I decided to learn Reiki so I could give it to myself. I then decided to take Reiki Level 2 so I could start a home based business.
I have been practicing Reiki in my home studio since 2020 and obtained my Reiki Level III (Master) Teacher Certificate in October 2023. I have taught Reiki this past year and as of October 2024, I am now a Registered Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association. You can find out more about me by clicking Here.

My Reiki Offerings
One on One Reiki Session
During a one on one 1 Hour Reiki session, I will guide you into a state of relaxation and then use my hands to balance your Chakra system. This will help you to release any emotional blockages or negative energy that may be holding you back, anchoring you down, and causing chaos, stress and anxiety for you. This treatment is perfect for those seeking physical, emotional, or spiritual healing. Read more here.
Distance Reiki Session
A Distance Reiki session allows you to receive the benefits of Reiki from the comfort of your own home.
If you are interested in becoming a Reiki Practitioner, you can learn to send Reiki to others when you are not with them in person (with their permission). See my Page CJ's Classes Here.
Distance Reiki can be done across the miles, into the future or into the past. To learn more about Distance Reiki, send me a message and we can discuss your situation and determine which method of Distance Reiki is best for you.
Learn to Give Reiki
I am a Registered Master Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association and offer in person Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Classes for Levels I, II and III (Master Teacher). In my classes, you will learn to use Reiki for personal growth by letting go of the things that hold you down. I will teach you about the history of Reiki, going back to a not so well known Japanese therapist named Matiji Kawakami. You will learn about the 7 Chakras and their connection to your body's emotions and systems. You will learn the 5 Reiki Principles and so much more. Connie is a friend that introduced me to to her new career as a Reiki Master. So far 3 sessions and counting. From the moment you enter her studio you feel peace and transformed. I’m not the easiest person to relax. Having said that when I’m in my sessions I follow her advice and try to leave my mind, float and go to places I usually don’t allow myself to go. My most recent experience; I was smiling as I was able to Connect with my parents that have passed away more than 15 years ago and in my mind, I gave them a hug and thanked them for all the guidance they keep giving me after all these years. She also taught me about the chakras and areas in the body and what they represent. After session is over we talk about the music choices for the session which so far are the right ones for the moment, what I felt, what she felt. We even check my blood pressure before the session and after the session it is usually down from when we began meaning that it worked as my body was able to relax. Your first appointment will include an initial consultation and completion of new client forms.
Dress comfortably and ensure you drink a lot of water both before and after your Reiki Session. There is a box in the studio where you can place your glasses, watch & jewelry while you are in your session.
