• Brief explanation of what attunements are.

• What Kanjis are and how you can use them for clearing, grounding and opening yourself to be a channel for the Reiki energy.

• Explanation, Demonstration and Practice of a Reiki Self-healing Chair Session.

• How to use your Level 1 Reiki attunement.

• Session Principles.

• Meditating for Ancestors’ involvement in a Reiki Session.

• Scanning and Beaming.

• Demonstration and Practice of a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Chair Session on a recipient.

• Demonstration and Practice of a full Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Session on a reiki/massage table where you will receive and give a One full-hour Reiki Session.​

• Emotions and Reiki.

• Review of what attunements are.

• Introduction to 3 of the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Symbols, the theoretical significance and practical uses for the #1 Reiki Symbol, #2 Reiki Symbol (including the mental/emotional healing technique) and #3 Reiki Symbol, integrating these 3 Symbols into your Reiki Sessions.

• Centering Yourself in the Hara.

• Demonstration and Practice on how to carry out a Usui Shiki Ryoho Distance Healing Session, including 5 methods of Distance Healing.

• Balancing Chakras Prior to a Full Session both in standing and supine position.

• Reiki and Rituals and Your Unique Reiki Practice.

• Grounding Yourself and Your Client.

• Sensing Symbols.

• Putting a Session Plan together.

• Self-Session Using the 3 Symbols.

• Healing Family Traumas.

• Exercise for Seeing or Sensing Auras.

• Meridians.

• The 5 Elements of Reiki.

• The 7 Emotions of Reiki.

• Cleansing the Aura through Indigenous Smudging.

• Mind Body Connection and our Health.

• Attunements - how to give Attunements for all 3 Levels of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki; including preparing yourself to give Attunements, and suggestions for explaining attunements to students.

• Conducting a Reiki Class.

• Reiki Business Tools.

• Reiki Marketing Ideas.

• Hatsurei-ho Reiki Shower, Kihon Shisei – Standard Posture, Kenyoku-ho Dry Brushing Off, connecting to Reiki, Joshin Kokyo Ho the Cleansing Bath, Gassho, Seishin Toitsu Concentration or Meditation, Gokai Sansho, Mokunen.

• Crystal Grids.

• How to Prepare Outlines for your Canadian Reiki Association membership.

All 3 Levels include discussion and direction on how to become a member of the Canadian Reiki Association.

Coaching

If you are a Reiki Practitioner and have been out of practice awhile, are not a student of mine and you are no longer in contact with your Reiki Master, I offer coaching for $40 for 2 hours. This would be unique to what your end goal is. Message me and we can discuss if I can help you.​​​
