Guided Mindful Meditation Video for Reiki Session
When people come for a Reiki Session for the first time; they may not know what to expect. For me, I like to take the time to relax and meditate (shutting down my thoughts) so that I can meet the Reiki Energy. It took a lot of practice for me to do this at first; but once I got it, it comes naturally as soon as I relax. My Reiki Sessions are far superior when I am relaxed and concentrating on feeling my body's sensations. I will be posting videos for use by practitioners and the people that come to me for Reiki or anyone that finds my channel. If you wake up in the middle of the night, hopefully I will have a video that will help you go back to sleep. Anytime I make a new video, you will be notified. I plan to make videos for each Chakra and also for common issues, we all experience. This video is geared for Reiki Practitioners to use at the start of a session with a new client, or existing clients - if they find this helps them relax and find mindful meditation should they choose to start a daily practice. I find if I do mindful meditation on a daily basis, like brushing my teeth, I am better able to meet the stresses of everyday life. Hope this helps you.
